Check-In and Check-Out:
Rooms are available from 2.00 p.m. In order to provide guests with the best cleaning and reception service, we kindly ask you to vacate the rooms by 10.00 am.

Rooms:
The images and floor plans on the site are for illustrative purposes only and are not binding. Within the same category, differences in location, size, distribution and furniture are possible.

Rates:
Our fee structure is flexible, so there is no fixed price list. Rates may vary depending on availability, dates, and length of stay.

Reservation:
The reservation is confirmed only after receiving a deposit equal to 30% of the total stay within the required deadline by bank transfer or credit card, or after inserting a credit card as a guarantee.

Cancellation:
In case of cancellation from 14 to 0 days before arrival, in case of late arrival, in case of early departure or in case of no-show, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged; Unused services, especially meals, are non-refundable. With the payment of the deposit, the general booking conditions and in particular the cancellation conditions are considered understood and legally accepted in full.

Payment methods: bank transfer, credit card, cash (maximum € 2,999.00 per booking)

Pets: dogs and cats and other pets are not allowed in the structure
